Multiple Newmeyer Dillion Attorneys Named to 2027 Super Lawyers & Rising Stars Lists

Attorneys named to the 2027 Southern California Super Lawyers list include:

  • Greg Dillion. Greg Dillion is one of the founding partners of the firm, which has grown from three attorneys in 1984 to over 70 lawyers in three offices. Greg represents public and private entities and individuals in complex and high stakes business, insurance coverage, real estate and construction disputes. His recoveries for clients exceeded over $50 million in 2019 alone.
  • John O'Hara. A leading litigation partner in the firm’s Newport Beach office, John O’Hara applies over 33 years of experience with a keen understanding of business realities to meet his clients’ needs. He focuses his practice on civil litigation involving business, construction, real estate, insurance coverage, and class action claims.
  • Chuck Krolikowski. Chuck Krolikowski leads the firm’s land use and eminent domain practice group. He has significant litigation and trial experience, trying more than 45 cases to verdict and judgment in the eminent domain, inverse condemnation, government torts, environmental matters, and real estate litigation.
  • Will O'Neill. Will litigates business and real estate disputes on behalf of public entities, private companies, and individuals. His leadership within the legal community has developed trusted relationships throughout California. His public service as a two-time Mayor of Newport Beach, CA and former Chairman of the San Joaquin Hills Transportation Corridor Agency has helped develop a strategic, story-telling litigation approach.

Attorneys named to the 2027 Southern California Rising Stars list include:

  • Jason Moberly Caruso. Jason Moberly Caruso is a partner in the Newport Beach office. Jason’s practice focuses on land use, “contaminated sites” environmental legal work, complex litigation, and appellate matters. This is the twelfth consecutive year Jason has been honored.
  • Jessica Garland. Jessica Garland is a partner in the Newport Beach office. Jessica's practice focuses on litigation in the areas of employment law and construction law. This is the sixth consecutive year Jessica has been selected.
  • Kyle Janecek. Kyle Janecek is an associate in the Newport Beach office. Kyle's practice focuses on transactions in the areas of business and real estate law, intellectual property, and privacy & data security. This is the fifth consecutive year Kyle has been selected.
  • Christopher Steckbauer. Chris Steckbauer is an associate in the Newport Beach office. He is an experienced trial attorney representing both individuals and entities throughout all phases of the pre-litigation and litigation process. This is the first year that Chris has been honored.
  • Jonathan Walther. Jon Walther is an associate in the Newport Beach office. His practice centers around litigation cases, contract projects, and specialized work for the firm's Government, Land Use, and Environmental ("GLUE") Group. This is the first year that Jon has been honored.
