BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING MANAGER

This experienced Business Development & Marketing Manager position will be based out of the firm's Newport Beach office.

In a friendly environment that promotes collaboration and knowledge sharing, the Business Development & Marketing Manager will provide support to the firm’s Director of Business Development & Marketing, while also working closely with other staff, managers, attorneys and vendors.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree required, preferably in a marketing-related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in professional services, marketing/business development or corporate communications.
  • Experience in the legal field preferred.

Daily Expectations:

  • Prepares and manages the process of pitch books, presentations and proposals.
  • Project management support for business plans, sector group initiatives and department needs.
  • Manages the firm’s day-to-day PR initiatives, including offering guidance, oversight guidance and oversight of the firm’s outside business partners.
  • Supports firm-wide marketing projects and task, as needed.

IT - NETWORK ENGINEER

Newmeyer Dillion, LLP, is excited to seek the next member of our highly-skilled information technology team!

This experienced Network Engineer position will be based out of the firm's Newport Beach office.

In a friendly environment that promotes collaboration and knowledge sharing, the Help Desk Technician will provide support to the Firm’s attorneys, management team and staff.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in information systems or related field preferred.
  • Microsoft, Citrix, Cisco and VMware Certifications preferred.
  • At least 4 or more years of progressively responsible experience in network administration.
  • Knowledge of legal industry and related applications is a plus.

Daily Expectations:

  • Establishing and maintaining the stability of the network and though system configuration and installation.
  • Securing the network through the design, implementation and enforcement of policies and monitoring system access.
  • Troubleshooting network issues, outages, proactively planning system upgrades, and effectively communicating with the team, IT Manager/Director and the Management Team.

IT - HELP DESK ANALYST

Newport Beach, CA

Newmeyer Dillion, is excited to seek the next member of our highly-skilled information technology team.

This experienced Help Desk Analyst position is based out of the firm's Newport Beach office.

In a friendly environment that promotes collaboration and knowledge sharing, the Help Desk Analyst will provide support to the Firm’s attorneys, management team and staff.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associates or Undergraduate degree in information systems or related field preferred;
  • CompTIA (A+, Network Security), Microsoft, Microsoft Office Specialist preferred;
  • 3-5 years of relevant Desktop/Help Desk support and customer service experience desired;
  • Strong interpersonal communication and/or customer service skills;
  • Team mindset;
  • Strong ability to multi-task and constantly re-prioritize tasks;
  • Extensive working knowledge of PCs, network hardware, operating systems, and software (including file server, workstation, printers, hard disk drives, UPS devices and patch panels).

Daily Expectations:

  • A big part of this role will require the candidate to provide IT first-level support to end users on a variety of issues, potentially requiring technical research and troubleshooting to respond to telephone calls, emails and technical support requests. Documentation, follow up and resolution to pending issues is essential.
  • All Help Desk requests and resolutions will need to get entered into the ticket system. Managing and maintaining employee information in the Active Directory will be a consistent task. Loaner technology inventory will require maintenance and distribution, upon authorization. Assistance will be required with configuration, installation and testing of network equipment, desktops, laptops, attached devices and functioning desk spaces (i.e. sit/stand desk installations and/or adjustments).
  • Apart from exercising professionalism and sound judgment in their daily duties, the ideal candidate must be able to proactively demonstrate effective teamwork and communication with team members and all firm personnel, adhering to the Firm’s Four Pillars of Like, Trust, Respect and Loyalty.
