Her experience across nearly every area of law firm management gives her a practical, firmwide perspective and a strong understanding of how people, processes, technology, and financial performance all work together.
Lisa believes strongly in challenging the way things have always been done. She is passionate about innovation, continuous improvement, and finding smarter, more efficient ways to work. Whether evaluating new technology, improving internal processes, developing future leaders, or rethinking how work gets done, she approaches change with a focus on what will genuinely make the Firm better. Just as important, Lisa believes a successful law firm is built around its people. Her leadership style is collaborative, direct, and grounded in the belief that the best results come from giving people the tools, support, and opportunity to do their best work. Ultimately, her goal is simple: help create a stronger Firm while delivering exceptional service and value to its clients.
