- Coverage and risk management counsel for the owner of a phased capital improvements program in Southern California comprised of construction of a new, ground-up hotel, additional casino and spa space, events center, and parking garage, including analysis, negotiation and contractual implementation of the project-specific OCIP liability insurance program, as well as operational risk management counsel to the client.
