Justin Clark is a litigation associate in Newmeyer Dillion’s Walnut Creek office. He focuses his practice on business litigation, construction defect litigation, employment litigation, and business transactions. Justin represents a wide array of clients, including business owners, developers, builders, and general contractors in business, construction, insurance, and employment disputes. Justin also advises small business clients in contract drafting and other commercial needs to better serve their growing business challenges.
Justin has experience in several practice areas that allows him to assess a variety of business and litigation. Previously, he practiced insurance coverage, products liability, and asbestos litigation. Justin advocated for manufacturers, suppliers, distributors, and contractors in all phases of litigation. Regardless of the client or situation, Justin advocates – through legal research and influential writing – highly favorable results that included establishing new legal precedent in the state of Oregon for his client.
During law school, Justin served as the SBA Elections Chair, Research Assistant to the distinguished Professor Lynne Dallas, Certified Westlaw Representative and Trainer, and was a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association and Business Law Society.
