Gia Altreche is Newmeyer Dillion's Director of Business Development & Marketing. She is in the business of fostering relationships, where integrating the right balance between business development strategies, supported marketing communication tools and event execution delivers a recipe for success! With a deep passion for professional services marketing and the ability to create and implement strategic initiatives that authentically deepen relationships, she believes her greatest success is giving her clients and the talented members of the firm the attention and service they deserve.

Focused on exceeding strategic firm goals and deepening the client experience, the Business Development & Marketing team proactively creates a platform to show how Newmeyer Dillion propels businesses forward. Gia  understands that can take many forms, all depending on the individual businesses’ need. Whether it’s sharing success stories that ‘walk our talk’ on how we can solve issues or spending time listening and delivering on clients' needs. She enjoys finding the best fit to every unique situation. With a proven track record of obtaining high performance, quality results, Gia helps arm the firm with the tools needed to step outside the box to expand service reach – all with a contagiously positive attitude!

Charitable & Civic Involvement

Gia is passionate about helping others succeed. She is proud supporter of the Huntington Beach Youth Shelter, which offers a safe haven for runaway, homeless, abused, human trafficking victims, and at-risk youth ages 11-17 in Orange County.

The Shelter is a voluntary program set up to make youth feel safe and successful. The Program helps them gain stability and develop the necessary skills to reach their goals and realize their potential. Together with Newmeyer Dillion, Gia has organized events like seasonal coat drives to keep the kids warm during the winter, to a young ladies workshop, creating a roundtable with the Shelter’s young women and female leaders in the firm to help offer guidance on how to excel in school and future careers.
